These items will help your Enigmon out during the heat of battle. With various useful or beneficial effects, mix and match your ‘mons with items that allow for powerful winning strategies !
Emergency Rations
Recover's the user's HP by 1/16th each turn.
Endurance Thread
Any attack that would knock out the user is negated, and instead leaves the holder at 1 HP.
Bank Card
Doubles the money earned from winning Trainer Battles
Defense Doubler
Boosts the holder's Defense and Sp. Defense stats by 50% if the user isn't fully evolved.
Warrior’s Headband
Boosts holder's Offense stat.
Generic Accessory
Boosts the power of Neutral Type moves if held by a Neutral Type mon.
Plant Food
Boosts the power of Nature Type moves if held by a Nature Type mon.
Topsoil
Boosts the power of Earth Type moves if held by a Earth Type mon.
Cheap Sunglasses
Boosts the power of Shade Type moves if held by a Shade Type mon.
Reflective Glass
Boosts the power of Light Type moves if held by a Light Type mon.
Escape Hatch
If the user is attacked, they swap out with another party member.
Nutrient Bar
Grants the holder 2 additional Stamina Blocks. (Does not work if the user will Exceed 10 Stamina Blocks)

Grants the holder an additional 50 HP.
Grants immunity from the Enraged status condition. If self-inflicted, the user recovers from the status after 1 turn.

Grants immunity from the Poisoned condition occurring.

Grants priority to the user if the move they're using matches their type.

Boosts the power of Water Type moves if held by a Water Type mon.

Boosts the power of Toxic Type moves if held by a Toxic Type mon.
Eerie Effigy
Boosts the power of Ethereal Type moves if held by a Ethereal Type mon.
Fang Necklace
Boosts the power of Beast Type moves if held by a Beast Type mon.
Power Limiter
Grants priority to the user's non-attacking moves, but reduces the power of Offensive moves by 50%.
Miniature Drone
The user becomes immune to Earth Type moves until attacked. Works once per Battle.
Lonely Locket
Grants immunity from the Attracted status condition.
Power Gauntlet
Boosts the user's Offense and Sp. Offense stats but only allows for attacking moves to be used.
Noise-Cancelling Headphones
Boosts the holder’s Sp. Defense Stat.
Fire Extinguisher
Grants immunity from the Burned condition occurring.
Double-Edged Sword
Doubles the power of the user's attacks, but damage taken from attacks is also doubled for the user.
Lofty Feather
Boosts the power of Wind Type moves if held by a Wind Type mon.
Aromatic Diffuser
Boosts the power of Mental Type moves if held by a Mental Type mon.
Ice Pack
Boosts the power of Ice Type moves if held by a Ice Type mon.

A dust that blinds opponents. Moves used against a mon holding it have their accuracy reduced.

Grants immunity from the Paralyzed condition occurring.

Boosts the power of Metal Type moves if held by a Metal Type mon.

Boosts holder's Sp. Offense stat.
Makeshift Shield
Blocks the first attack against the holder, but breaks afterwards. (Usable once per battle)

Boosts the power of Electric Type moves if held by a Electric Type mon.

Boosts the power of Insect Type moves if held by a Insect Type mon.
Masterful Headband
Boosts the power of Fighting Type moves if held by a Fighting Type mon.
Even that dastardly Team Enigma couldn't help but create their own Hold Items ! Their Grunts, both Standard and Elite will be utilizing these troublesome tactics against you, trainers ! On rare occasions, you may even spot one of these malevolent medicines inside the ER Center vending machines.
